Shipping policy

Waterline Studio prefers to ship via USPS or UPS Ground; in some cases we will use FedEx as well.  

Once your order has been received, we will fulfill your order; this process may take anywhere from 1 to 5 days depending on the item (some are made to order) and the season.   After we have fulfilled your order it will ship via UPS Ground or USPS and *should* be delivered in 1 to 5 days depending on your location.  

We offer

(1) a flat $3.00 shipping charge for packages weighing up to 5 pounds, and

(2) Free Shipping on all orders over $35.00
